These greenways have recently been completed, are they near your home?

Since the beginning of this year, a number of beautiful greenways with diverse forms, complex functions and distinctive characteristics have been gradually unveiled, forming a high-value and high-quality greenway network covering the second phase of Chengdong New Town and Qianjiang New Town. Among them, the Hangzhou Yundao (Qiantou Section) was successfully completed on June 21, and the greenway on the south side of Genshan East Road was completed on June 15.

Hangzhou Yundao (Qiantou Section) is implemented in two sections, one from Fengqi East Road to Jingfang Road, and one from Genshan West Road to Qiutao Road, with a total length of 3.8 kilometers and an area of about 110,000 square meters.

Under the overall plan of "big ideas, micro updates, and small incisions", the construction of Hangzhou Yundao follows the ecological concept of "adapting measures to local conditions and taking local materials", fully excavates and utilizes the canal culture, and creates landscape nodes such as framed canals, rain gardens, grass inlaid platforms, camphor paradises, etc., through the retention and deletion of canal symbiotic trees, and the repair of concave green spaces, and uses new technology, new materials, and new technologies to re-stimulate the new vitality of the ancient Yundao.

The interior adopts new MC materials, which greatly improve the durability and comfort of Hangzhou Yundao with its wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, environmental protection and other properties, and protect the original ecological environment of the city to the greatest extent. At the same time, through the addition of diversified cultural and sports facilities, leisure facilities, smart application facilities, etc., more good places for fitness exercise, leisure vacation, and recreation and sightseeing will be added to the general public.

The greenway on the south side of Genshan East Road, starting from Jiutian Road in the east and Mingyueqiao Road in the west, has a total length of 3.2 kilometers and an area of about 98,000 square meters.

The project is designed in the form of "natural community + transitional lawn", and on the premise of satisfying the functionality of protective green space, the mixed community landscape is stabilized through the three-layer structure of trees, shrubs and grasses, creating biodiversity and forming a flexible and graceful style.

The tall arbor layer is used as the skeleton to pull out the beautiful skyline on the south side of Genshan Road, with "magnolia" as the mainstay, red plum, weeping silk begonia, osmanthus, chicken paw maple, red maple, crape myrtle and other middle-layer tree varieties, balancing the effect of greening the seasonal phase, and the ground cover layer follows the principle of low ecological maintenance, using wheat winter, rhododendron, purple flower, Nantian bamboo, etc., to truly form a landscape effect with flowers in all seasons, pleasant in all seasons, and beautiful in all seasons.

The completion of the greenway on the south side of Genshan East Road will further open up the rivers and park greenways in the second phase of Qianjiang New Town, so that the greenways will be connected in a ring, so that people can swim and play in the second phase of the area without passing the roadway, and truly let the citizens share a green life.

In addition, the White Rock Port Greenway will also be completed by the end of June. The different scenes are all splendid, and the greenery of the three lives enters the painting. With these greenways, citizens' daily life has shifted from home to outdoors, from the city to nature, from "appreciating greenery" to "enjoying greenery".
